About the Author
Alex Black has lived and worked in the Lake District since 1990 and pursued a career in photography after completing a fine art degree. His photography has been featured in many publications and for over 20 years he has produced the Wordsworth’s Lake District Calendar – a marriage of exquisite landscape photography and the lyrical romanticism of Wordsworth’s poetry.
