St Bees & Robin Hoods Bay tablemat

This tablemat celebrates one of the UK's most popular long distance walk, the Coast to Coast. Featuring pictures of St Bees in Cumbria and Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire, the start and end points of this 190 mile walk plus a route map.

The Coast to Coast was devised by Alfred Wainwright, renowned Lake District fellwalker and author of the famous multi-volume Pictorial Guide to the Lakeland Fells, in the 1970s. The Coast to Coast crosses three National Parks; Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. The Walk was devised in stages so that it could be completed in two weeks at a reasonable pace. It passes through some of the most glorious landscapes the North of England has to offer, from Lake District fells, to majestic Yorkshire Dales and over sweeping moors.
